Brazilian Customers Visit JUNYA Company: Opening a New Chapter of Cooperation

Driven by the tide of globalization in the economy, international business cooperation has become increasingly frequent. Recently, two customers from a high-end furniture company in Brazil visited JUNYA Company. The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of JUNYA Company's products and services, explore potential cooperation opportunities, and purchase glass processing equipment for their existing production workshop.

1. Meeting and Communication at JUNYA Company: In-depth Understanding and Demand Matching

Upon their arrival at JUNYA Company, the two customers were warmly and attentively received. The two parties first engaged in in-depth communication in the meeting room. Based on a carefully prepared PPT presenting seven major systems, JUNYA Company comprehensively introduced the company's background to the two Brazilian customers. Details ranging from the company's development history, core values, R&D team, production capacity, to after-sales service system were elaborated in detail, enabling the Brazilian customers to have a clear understanding of JUNYA Company's overall strength.

During the product presentation session, JUNYA Company focused on introducing two sponge roller machines, the JYX - 1600C and the JYX - 1600CF. The technicians compared the similarities and differences between the two models in detail, specifically pointing out that the CF model has one more pair of air knives than the C model. According to the company's strict internal tests, feedback from numerous customers, and long-term after-sales tracking, the CF model has significant advantages in terms of performance, drying effect, and the service life of components. This introduction aroused the keen interest of the Brazilian customers, who further inquired about the specific performance indicators and practical application scenarios of the machines.

One of the customers was particularly concerned about the service life of the rubber rollers and sponge rollers of the JYX - 1600C model. The company's technicians patiently explained that under normal use and maintenance, the service life ranges from 3 to 5 years, but the actual duration is affected by various factors such as the frequency of machine use, working environment, and maintenance measures. Another customer raised the issue that the local voltage in Brazil might be different from the company's standard. JUNYA Company stated that it would adjust the machines according to the local voltage situation in Brazil to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and meet the customers' personalized needs.

Regarding the selection of electrical component brands, JUNYA Company revealed that the main electrical components of the current machines are from a top domestic brand, which is reliable in quality and stable in performance. At the same time, it was also stated that if the customer company has special requirements, JUNYA Company can select and replace the electrical components with those from other brands according to the customer's request, fully demonstrating the company's flexibility and attention to customer needs.

During the communication, JUNYA Company also learned that CasaVee Home Decor's existing factory has a relatively low height but large glass sizes, which may pose certain limitations to the subsequent glass handling and machine processing, and the company plans to move to a larger factory. In response to this situation, the two parties also discussed future production plans. Considering the climatic characteristics of Brazil, JUNYA Company provided professional advice on the water heating function: this function is usually selected in countries with lower temperatures or higher latitudes, but given the higher temperatures in Brazil, it can be decided whether to select this function according to actual needs. This thoughtful advice was recognized by the Brazilian customers.

In addition, JUNYA Company also introduced its market layout in South America to the Brazilian customers. The company already has long-term cooperative agents and customer factories in South America, which undoubtedly adds confidence to the future cooperation between the two parties. After in-depth communication and discussion, the two customers believed that JUNYA Company's machines can meet their current needs. At the same time, the two parties also looked forward to the possibility of purchasing automated equipment such as glass handling robots to increase production capacity and improve the production process in the future as the factory's production capacity increases.

2. Visiting JUNYA's Customer Factory: On-site Inspection and Cooperation Expansion

After the meeting and communication at JUNYA Company, the two customers, accompanied by relevant personnel from the company, visited JUNYA Company's customer factory, which is mainly engaged in glass production. During the visit, one of the customers proposed the idea of importing glass products from China, even from JUNYA's customer factory. Relying on its resource advantages in the industry, JUNYA Company introduced its long-term cooperative glass suppliers to the customers. These suppliers have rich experience and strong production capabilities. They can not only provide high-quality raw glass sheets but also produce various glass finished products and can ship them to Brazil together with JUNYA's machines, providing customers with a one-stop procurement solution. This also reflects JUNYA's value of being willing to cooperate with all parties and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results in the general environment.

This visit by the Brazilian customers to JUNYA Company and the subsequent visit to the customer factory is an important opportunity for the two parties to enhance mutual understanding and deepen cooperation. Through face-to-face communication and on-site inspections, the Brazilian customers have gained a deeper understanding of JUNYA Company's products and services. The two parties have reached many consensuses in terms of machine selection, technical details, market layout, and future cooperation planning. It is believed that with the joint efforts of both parties, future cooperation will surely bear rich fruits, bringing broader development space to both parties and injecting new vitality into the development of the glass processing industry in the Brazilian market.
