I. Structure Features
1．1 Horizontal glass washing is for washing and drying flat glass, which is applied for edged glass, glass before packing, electronic glass, lighting glass and art glass
1．2 The machine mainly consists of loading section, washing section, drying section and unloading section.
1．3 Main drive is chain drive
1．4 All protective covers, metal panels and water support plate of loading section are made of stainless-steel material.
1．5 Transmitting rubber rollers of the machine use top-grade nitrile rubber (Full cover of vulcanized rubber).
1．6 The machine has four pairs of brushes, four pairs of sponge rollers and one tank.
1．7 The machine has two pair of air knife with strong air, good drying effect. The machine has air heating system.
1．8 The machine has sponger rollers and air knife, which operator can optionally use air knife.
1．9 All bearings on the machines are customized to avoid problem of grinding roller shaft and change bearing frequently.
